Hello there! Wonderful to see a website dedicated to truckies!
Last year my wife and I travelled from Port Macquarie NSW to Perth WA, it was a trip of a lifetime, places we drove through which previously were only names which I came ot know when we owned a truckstop at Gilgandra for over 22 years.
Eucla, Caiguna, Cocklebiddy, Nullarbor, Nundroo and plenty of others.
What amazed me was the manners shown both on the road and on the air demonstrated by the truckies, that is once we left Port Augusta in SA!
B triples are now common, and road trains now starting to sport triaxle dollies, one could count on one hand as to the single trailer configurations that we either passed or had overtaken.
The eye opener was on a trip to Geraldton in WA, rigs with triaxle drives, and 4 yes 4 trailers running on the public roads with no obvious problems with the local motorists.
Trip time over was 4 1/2 days and 4 to come back! Roads were amazing!
Keep up the good work!
